Use Google or Microsoft. Your MSP account is keyed to your company's email domain, so use your business address — not a personal Gmail or Outlook.

Add your company name, logo and support contacts. Every client-facing surface — worksheets, reports, playbooks — carries your brand, not ours.

Onboard your dental clients
Create a workspace per practice, assign the worksheets they need — WiFi, security, floor plan, internet — and deliver a written playbook.

Dental Config was built by a DIA-member MSP that competes for dental clients too — so the platform is deliberately white-label. Your clients see your brand at every step, and their information is never used to market to them.
